I'm happy everyone had a great time. There's tons of flood gold locked up in certain zones through the gravel bars. Jerry was correct, the best gold is in the upper bands of sand. I've found areas as rich as three tenths per bucket. Next time you come up I'll show you the best areas. Congratulations to all.

JERRY! Lol was up in north cal but came down to Arizona to enjoy the weather, some camping, and possibly gold. Was down at pickers paradise for a little bit like 4 days ago. You know theres a tweaker living down there? Idk how they got all the supply's there but they made a shelter on the river.... got picks on my phone. Might be back up next week on a claim on Oregon creek. Or might just keep hitting the south Yuba. Adam's old spot had some good gold still on it.

Before pandemic we go rafting American river! Part of the fun is bonding with friends, especially kids! Finding tiny specks of gold in the sand. But the best part is the magic and a nice dinner outside and a campfire!! And helping each other out with cleaning up dishes and looking at the stars!💙 it’s an escape and it helps bring me back to earth!!

Because they are using slucies outside of a claim zone and likely in California, Oregon or Washington and the Environazi's use bullsht studies to shut down any and all personal mining projects that they can. They try to claim the sluices pollute the water with the dirt and silt yet they go silent about how much dirt silt enters the rivers when it rains.

This reminds me of Bear River Campground in Colfax. Lots of public access, and lots of flood gold. Found more in one pan than a summer panning in oregon.

I’m in Medford. We go out to the Applegate all the time. We love the Applegate. I just started panning around here. Trying to get all the information I can about where and not where to go gold panning. Lots of private property around here it seems.

Born and raised in California. My wife and I and 3 kids moved to Idaho in 1993. Then just the Wife and I relocate here to Southern Oregon in 2016. Yeah, I was wondering about sluice boxes. Seem to get conflicting info if it legal or not. Really want to invest in one. But, until I get better info on it I just hold out for now on one. We went to the Rogue below Galice once. Found some specks. Think I was washing gold out of my pan just washing to fast. Been watching UA-cam videos when undetermined that. One spot I did get good specks was in the Gold HiI area on 234 Between there and Shady Cove. I that your real name?
