Sadly it's a reality in many more ways than just pulling you over. In my country our national guard has a program where they check on lonely elders often to make sure they are okay, especially around holidays... Which has made it a prime time for people pretending to be officers to get into the houses of elderly people and one fake officer pretends to do a check up on their house and steals their money or valuables while the other distracts them. Being lonely elders, with no friends or family nearby, sometimes it takes ages for these cases to be found. It however has also resulted in some really great situations and headlines, such as an old man driving them away with a stick he kept behind his door for that exact situation.

This is advise from a lawyer. You need to understand this lawyer is coming from the perspective of winning a court case, NOT avoiding a court case. You very well may be arrested for fleeing (it's what you did in the cops perspective), a lawyer can however pull the 911 call and prove to a jury you lacked intent to flee.
If you want to avoid court in the first place? ya, prob just play nice with the cop and do what they say. You won't get discretionary privilege by building defenses you can use against them in court before they have even decided what they are going to do. Why would a cop give a warning to that kind of person.

Depends on state. Some states you have to pull over IMMEDIATELY and will be ticketed/arrested for fleeing for not doing so.
Its funny because they are basically forcing you to stop in the middle of the highway and I've seen cases of cops getting pissy for waiting a block to SAFELY pull over.
Absolutely stupid, forget their safety, isn't your concern

I’ve had this happen believe it or not, was pouring rain and the “highway patrol sheriff” pulled us over for speeding, we were literally going 10 mph at the most because the rain was so torrential. Of course he acts like a dick, accuses my mother of using drugs and just starts being overall condescending, this goes on for like 5 mins before he “ lets us go” we call the police immediately after to report him and go and behold, he wasn’t a real cop… stay safe out there friends

I remember there was a case where a woman thought it was a fake cop. So she drove four more miles to the police station. Where she was pulled out of her car and brutally beaten by the police officers. They didn't see it as her being safe they seen it as her being disrespectful to their authority.

Michigan just passed a hands free law so now you can’t have your phone in your hands at all while you’re driving even for calls. And not all cars can make calls. So now I can imagine I’m in a scenario like this and it ends up being a real cop and now I’m definitely in trouble for having my phone in my hands

This is something that actually happened to a young girl. A man who had gotten out of prison somehow after having multiple counts of rape and other sexual assaults put red lights on his car and tried to pull her over. She called a cartoon number ( I don’t remember it at the moment) and it’s a legit number that tells you all the unmarked cop vehicles but tbh calling the ACTUAL police would be better 😂 luckily they were able to get to her in time and he was arrested again
