Simple 555 Timer LED Chaser

This is how you can make a simple 555 Timer IC based LED project.
Parts Needed:-
2x Red LED
2x Green LED
1x 555 Timer IC
2x 470Ohms
1x 1K Resistance
1x 10K Preser
1x 10uF 25V Capacitor

where do you get the non-metalic perf boards. I have been looking all over Amazon and all I can find is the metallic ones. Is this plastic or phenolic, masonite? Thanks, Tony

I had found at every electronic stores and this is not plastic, just a simple wooden perf board.
