I ordered the kit during this VLOG; THANK YOU ALL for this. The verse was soothing to my soul, as I cared for each of my parents as a Retired Hospice RN. Dad died in October 2018; Mom just died this January 2024. I also may stitch another one for my only surviving brother, who also was a co-caregiver x 5 years with Mom. We both really miss them. Thank you for working on this Sampler..

When I couldn’t find her, I decided I had to watch the video to find out more about her! She’s so beautiful and I just placed an order for the kit from Acorns and Threads.

Very excited to start Emaline Purnell! Is it "odd" or "wrong" to, at times, leave the original stitchers name off? I think I'd like to finish this with the border going around and just the verse, but was not sure if this is frowned upon. For your new start, I like the blue case with red scissors and your poppy minder and zipper pull as accents. Cannot wait to see what you create!

Beautiful stitching and wonderful accessories to temp us and I’m easily tempted 😁. My pattern and linen is ordered for Emaline Purnell and I can’t wait to receive it. It is a beautiful sampler and I think it will be lovely alongside Florence Mary Dickinson, that’s if I live long enough to stitch all the patterns I’ve acquired!
