No I don’t think this ritual worked. Monica dated Richard but that went south; Ross and Rachel broke up and she dated a lot (tag, Elizabeth’s dad etc) and phoebe had a series of guys until mike! Maybe the ritual was delayed until Ross, Chandler and Mike were ready!
