Hi Vario. Thanks for this video and showing our favourite bar. We were there last year and returning in 3 weeks for a short stay before picking up keys for the house we have just bought, 5km away.
Hello. Just returned from a week in Casoli yesterday. My Mum has a house there and our family has been over many times now. It is a beautiful little town.
Good Morning Vario. We are in the process of buying a property in Montemitro. When we were deciding to put an offer in we found your video of Montemitro. You actually looked in the cellar that was part of the property! Thanks for that. We hope to have possession within a month or so.
Thank you for this video.. we are coming to Abruzzo in July for 3 weeks and staying in Casoli for a few days.. looking for our holiday home.. can’t wait for part 2.. not easy to find videos of towns in Abruzzo.. so I really look forward to your videos!!!
@@variostick9215 yes I have seen many of your videos. Are there any towns that you would recommend that we visit to view homes?? We want a well maintained lively town with some restaurants, bars and services. We have two school aged girls so it can’t be too small but not a city either.. there are so many and can’t visit them all!! Your insight would be great!
Hi. Oh so many great places. Casoli is about the best without going too big. I like Gissi as well, there is a great relaxed vibe there with plenty to see and do. Casalbordino is another place, great location not far from the beach. I did a house visit with Martin and Ann at Civitella, they ski in the morning and swim in the afternoon, so whatever you are they is plenty to do.
How lovely. I seem to remember many moons ago (or did I imagine it) that you moved because you needed a breeze? Were there the usual nightime barking dogs? (Setting yours off?). Interesting to see which houses the sun lands upon. Look forward to part two.
Thanks for the comment. Yes we needed that breeze, it was hot. I know I keep saying it in my videos but that is very important. Not so much dogs barking when we were there though. Part two very soon, stay tuned.
Hello I have a qestion for you??? i am working on my residency permit. How did you decide which abruzzo village to move to? And who did you get your rental through to get residency permit or did you just buy a place then move? I am working on this process. The people i spoke to charge a fortune for rent to get it notarized for residency. Thought maybe you have some referrals you have used. This process is daunting. Cheers. Beautiful little town... Thank you for taking us around!

Hi. I love that bar as well, great cakes and the coffee is good as well.
@@variostick9215 Fiore - the restaurant just down the hill is excellent.
