Outstanding video, much love to you and your efforts with these tutorials!!! 18:22 Isn't this a mistake? You read off the white numbers Hide Ash not the black.
Thanks for going into depth on that. Can you think of any reason why, on our server, the nutrients aren't decreasing? We have changed the growth speed, I'm not sure if that would make a difference though.
Oh that's really odd, it may be in your server settings somewhere if you've tweaked them. How many harvests have you done of the crops? Personally I'd say enjoy the unintended benefits. That's broken but in a good way.
Hey Boss, I think its easyer to use the land claim tool to stand in the middle of 4 squares and do 4 fertilizing each time. You Just have to know the general direction you are going and remmember wich rows/colums you already made. Im learning alot from you :) Could you please make a vídeo on how to price crops? I didnt found anything about it anywhere 😅 its the thing keepin me from trying being a farmer.
That's a great way to do it! Oh pricing is a bit server specific. If I'm doing a personal currency to start with I like even numbers so all crops that are plant and pick up (wheat, beats etc.) are 1 and ones that you plant and pick (huckleberry, tomato, prickly pear, etc.) would be .25. However once we hit a global currency it ends up being crops are more like .25 each and the reusable ones .1 It'll depend on what the cook is selling the food for, food sets most of the prices.
That's a great idea, you could mark out the plots above them. I'd make sure to leave enough room to drive the tractor, 3-4 blocks up.@@jamesgrunert3525
Ya the subject is pretty complex. Two places, one was the ECO wiki and the second was doing tests of applications. So the chart I created was the accurate change in value based on that.
Just started this game a week ago. So do I understand correctly that Dirt is essentially a non-renewable resource, only found in the ground and cannot be crafted out of other blocks, and since crafting fertilizers requires Dirt in the crafting recipe, your planet will inevitably run out of dirt and nutrients eventually?
Great video! Curious if you ever made that cheat sheet you referred to at around 9:10
I haven't yet! Great question, I'd love to see if Update 11 has changed anything in farming.

You're correct

@@bossladyb_love it makes sense. I will base it with the cook then :) thank you very much
does it matter if blocks are above the plants? lets say have a block in the middle above to signify the middle of the plot?

quick tutorial ? it's 45 minutes that's not quick. Also where did you fin d the se numbers is thee database or a website for it?

Yes, eventually. All of the resources are non-renewable so at some point you'll run out.
*me, with 16 full large lumber stockpiles of dirt from making roads and flattening building ares* yes, very limited.
😮
Apparently you can't over fertilize... what a silly system
You can but it doesn't completely kill the plants like it would in real life.
