What a beautiful rendition of the tune by Ms. Parrot. And Kudo's to the back up cats. I worked with Vinnie's Dad over at Citi--We would talk music we are both big 60's and 70's freaks and he told me you love guitar? you should hear my son. And He is right the son has got some tone and style.

That's a hoss of a bass, very wide body, it appears. What kind of bass is that? (brand) - almost looks like a 4/4 size bass, as well. Great bass playing and singing. I liked the reggae feel you put to it with you vocal phrasing - very creative, on your part! Great voice and performance! Bravo!

Get rid of the music stands. Memorise your music. It's not exactly hard...
+IamAsi94: I sort of thought the same thing! I'm more familiar with the Holly Cole Trio version: equally intimate but they memorize whole concerts worth of music! Had to think about why even the solos here were played from the written music!
You do realize that you have what it takes to articulate your criticisms in a less dictatorial and denigrating way, right?!
I read that and was able to infer the context of Slim Sugarman recommending they simply step up and be better musicians because they clearly can, they are actually still nervous to do so without the written notes but both are ready to let go of them.
Just need to find something Negative to say huh ? Troll
That's great for groups that play the same things over and over again for years. Thank god there are musicians that like to change up their Repertoire enough that they might have to use a music stand every now and then.
