Guided Womb Healing Meditation

  • A few things to note:
    This is a guided meditation, ideally, you don’t fall asleep, but make sure you are comfortable and not going to be disturbed.
    Everyone ‘sees’ differently, nothing is right or wrong, just trust what comes to you if you can - you can 'sense, see or feel’. Try not to question it with your mind, try and feel with your heart or inner knowing instead.
    If pregnant, I ask that you imagine your baby being held and supported in a bubble of white light in your womb space now.
    Remember that your experience is going to be totally unique to you. You are exactly where you are meant to be and you will have the experience you are meant to have that serves your highest self, right now.
    Feel free to do this meditation over and over until your chakras feel clear, and come back to it whenever you feel you need it.
