  • Before the langka (jackfruit) season ended, we harvested ripe ones from our tree so I thought of making Minatamis na Langka Recipe.
    The good thing about having this Minatamis na Langka is you can eat it as is (small portion only) or include it in our recipes:

    *Ingredients are included in the video.
    *Procedure:
    1. In a pan, add water and sugar. Stir.
    2. Turn on to medium heat and continue stirring until sugar dissolves.
    3. Cover and let it boil.
    4, When it's on a running boil, add salt. Put the ripe langka and mix. Cover and simmer.
    5. Check and taste to adjust. Let it simmer again.
    6. When the liquid has reduced, it is done. Turn off the heat.

      Pag medyo na-reduce na ang liquid pero di naman walang wala para may sauce pa rin.
