Developers break open your cuticle to color the hair(= hard on the hair).. Clairol Beautiful Collection semi-permanent color line just coats the hair with color- has safe ingredients, and you can use multiple colors at once(i.e. one main color and one for highlights, etc) to get dimension. And you can do it yourself at home.
Doing that to hair is hard on the hair strands I never have colored my hair.

Hi Glory 💐. I am very sensitive to the chemicals and fumes in hair color. I get so weak and have passed out with hair color developing on my head. It was so debilitating Glory. I know you are sensitive to chemicals and fumes too. What do you suggest for me? Thank you so much for your help. I have silver /gray hair but I would like it to be more light blonde with some depth. 💗💕💐
I suggest you speak with stylists/colorists in your local area to get their opinions on hair color brands they know are good to use for customers with the sensitivities you've listed here.
