Hi ma'am,first of all thank you so much for your wonderful videos. Because of you I've cleared the relevel test and got placed in a company within 15 days. Secondly I have a sociology background and had 0 knowledge about HR but I went through your videos and cleared all my concepts. I didn't read any other book for that. When I was giving the interview in the company they guys were so impressed by the way i answered each and every question asked by them in a very streamlined manner. They were like not interested in my profile at first because they thought I have a sociology background and i would not be knowing anything about HR but later they all got so impressed that they offered me an internship in their company and when I turned down their proposal of internship,they offered me full time employment as they wanted me to work for them anyhow. So i just wanted to say that I'm here just because of you❤️, i watched all your videos and made notes out of it which eventually helped me a lot during the relevel test as well as during the interview with the company. Thank you so much once again❤️. I'm literally gonna recommend your channel to everyone I know ❤️

Hi Mam, i have one question can u please tell me there are various job posted by employers where they write in JD that are looking for a recruiter but along with recruitment the work is mentioned that the candidate need to also engage in collaboration for example they need to look for recruitment agencies even with whom they can deal for further hiring the candidates or we need to get some clients even for the consultancy so can u share if u have experience how these work need to be done as asking the recruiter to recruit candidates is different thing but they ask to get clients or agency collaboration work too so how smoothly can this be done ?
