The flavor and taste was overwhelming, till today I still search for that taste. According to my mom, fresh pork blood was used to make the sausage. No wonder I never see it anywhere else, not even in my home. By the way I am not Teochew, but I understand basics Teochew. Haven’t spoken since I was nine.
Love your program especially when you speak teochew. It makes me feel like we are in the same family. Teochew dishes are very well known worldwide but it lacks exposure. 只是潮汕人自吹而已,首先,我覺得部分潮汕人有些穢,從豬血店看到那個有生鏽的煲已經不敢吃,加上那𠆤炸餃子,一邊炸好、一邊未有金黃色,加上表面油膩膩,已知水平一般。
我祖藉潮汕,熱愛故鄉,但以事論事,並不因我是潮汕人而偏幫。
