I like your take on your build! I landed 1st at my locals last night and I’ve ran into a few cases where I wanted to play armor texture but then I remembered that Awakening does the same thing if I use regular Magnamon lol.
Great profile. Megadeath is a 4 of because you want to have it hit in security or easily in hand for how easy the deck can turn it on. It’s your out to everything, as for hammer spark vs memory boost it’s up to preference but as someone who feels you can play out of bad hands unless absolute garbage I prefer on demand memory and security trap
It’s tough because you also need a green card on tHe field to use it. Only greens are 4 lightdramon and 3 Davis and ken. So I feel like it might be better 2-3? No?
@@RetroRevv it’s really not that hard to get set up and also it saves you from security still. Armour rush can run security traps which are very much liked this format
I have been running Mega Death at 4, has saved me so many times. Still i am incredibly unlucky. Lost a match where i just had to attack for game bc of not drawing a single of my 14 rookies in 6 turns (12 where in deck and security), then lost a match that i was about to veemon jamming for last security and magnamon for game bc the last security was a mega death lol
i know you probably wont ever see this because its 5 months old, but: im rather new to the game and i was wondering why use the ulforce veemon and the starters for it if its so niche anyways? why not ditch them and use the bt8 armadillomons instead? the armadillomons play effect lets you draw four cards and pull a yellow, which would help speed up pulling magnamons if nothing else. you can still digivolve the magnamons onto them as well. ik most of these armors would evolve off of veemon, but surely using three bt8 armadillomons with the ability to pull out magnamon and magnamon x antibody more quickly is better than the possibility of ever actually needing to use such a niche ulforce veedramon strat. with only three bt8 armadillomons it shouldnt interfere with the veemons too much. it would also free up a couple more slots for something else; like maybe submarimon? itd give the deck a little more control in letting you get rid of an annoying inheritor card while also still being able to digivolve from both veemon and armadillomon. also, wouldnt crimson blaze be a better option than megadeath? its a 6 drop but if youre bricked up you could use it for cheaper because it costs one less for each card in your hand and it deletes all of your opponents digimon with 6000 dp or less, and your opponent cannot play digimon by effects until the end of their turn. that comboed with fire rocket would put a lot more hurt on the opponent, i think.
I'm relatively new to the digimon tcg (been playing for about 2 weeks) and this deck is my first completed deck! i have a n00b question though, if i attack with flamedramon and it loses the security battle and gets deleted, reverting back to the veemon thats underneath, does that veemon stay suspended? or can it also attack? basically, does an armor purge result in 1 security check or 2?
I don't really want to play Kimeramon in this deck. What would you recommend as an alternate level 5 monster? Even if it's not as optimal as Kimeramon.

Cause me and a buddy were okay testing other day and he insisted they DO have the same requirement as options and we googled it and didn’t get an official source BUT, people in discussion threads were supporting his claim.
It definitely is a hard matchup. The best is to go wide and swing as quickly as possible. Sometimes it depends on luck whether your opponent has good cards in their security or not.

If you used Fire Rocket to get +1 Security Attack, the Veemon would do the 2nd check if the Flamedramon Armor Purged during the 1st check
Any alternative to veemon jamming. Cause buying singles is bad for me.

This game looks fun but the thing I can’t get over is it’s form of resource management.
Definitely play more and get as much experience as you can. It took me some time to get use to as well.
But you can’t play Davis and ken with flamedramon out right? Don’t you need to color match both colors?
Tamers don't have color requirements for being played. Only options do. Hope this clarifies it!

It definitely is a hard matchup. The best is to go wide and swing as quickly as possible. Sometimes it depends on luck whether your opponent has good cards in their security or not.
@@AVAULT So it's really more RNG based because going wide you can get punished with a Dexmon =/
