nah, they had same people then, they just didn't keep following them like do now. Trump, for example, already said how dumb he thought his followers are, yet, they still follow him. this movie is just a dream we all wish would happen.

I could not imagine Andy Griffith playing such a terrible scoundrel. But here he is. He already knew Don Knotts by this time; they met during the filming of No Time For Sergeants in 1955.
