I have lever arms, a mini deadlift jack, hitch pins and a belt with chains. But, I also have a reverse hyper with a lever, so I'll probably just connect to that. This video was still helpful though, for using the pins, belt and jack to upgrade a lever arm into a belt squat. To adjust height I'll stand on 0, 1 or 2 crash pads.
I just got lever arms and one main reason was I wanted to use them to belt squat, replacing the bolts with hitch pins is a great idea to make quicker changes
Great video, i plan to do the same thing. But i would suggest using a real dip belt or belt squat belt. It's supposed to sit on the crevice of you hips and pull on your back. Using the regular lifting belt puts the tension point too high on your back.
I’m not sure. I think it’s be nice to see them on rollers, but the current set up allows for me to actually move them for set up easier. What I’d like to see the most is adjustable/changeable handles.
William Long it would be possible I suppose. Keep in mind the length of the lever arm vs the length of the dip attachment. If you can make it work, it’s definitely valuable!

Awesome - yes, I’ve made some adjustments since this video, primarily with chains and power pegs for support.

Absolutely - it’s can be a great time saver
Where did you get the kickstand? Or deadlift jack I guess? Thanks!
I got it from Titan Fitness. I now use a tow chain and hook it to the power rack post. Makes it a lot easier.
how are u attaching the chain to the jammer arm? are u just tying it around or whjat??
I use two hitch pins. One is attached to the lever arm, the other attaches to the post.

That’s correct - since this video I’ve Actually picked up a belt squat belt to use.
What size are your spacers? I bought the hitch pins but it seems I need spacers to stop the whole set up from wiggling
The spacers are just wood I had lying around. I found a good thickness that matched with the hitch pins to make it work.
Is there any hitch pins were you won't need the wood to act as spacers?
I could t quite get the right length pin so that I didn’t need the spacers. If you can find one (maybe 3.25 or 3.5”, you’d be set. )
@@baresteel with the spacers you have does it wobble at all when pressing or loading weights?
@@silentangel251 there is some wobble, but not enough for me at least to feel a difference.
Do you think Titan will release a version 2 of this lever arms?. Thanks

How do you like your x-3? Just bought the rack today.
Also thinking about getting a lever arm as well
My X-3 has done everything I could have wanted and more. Here’s my review on it:

Would the dip handle attachment work for leverage handles?
I see that being problematic. The big question is how would you stabilize them?
@@baresteel meant attaching a matador dip attachment to the upright and using the handles to assist you in your lift. Like squat handles.

Sound for your voice is too low. Sound for the music is too loud.
