Seems most people even pros talk about hitting without really knowing whats actually going on and into it. He's trying to show them, they are telling him these older methods and he's just like nah. Really that's how I teach my kids now, get one legged stretch, prove it by taking a few cuts on one leg. I'm nearly 50 and it's amazing how much power you can get just by coiling and being one legged, even with a toe tap.

Sounds like he was trying to avoid talking about the snap but everyone who knows Schenck's teachings easily identified the corner and stretch.
This approach made me able to be good at mlb the show.

How can you know for sure that a player is able and ready to swing at pitch release? Have them swing at pitch release
