It’s not just that the engine hasn’t been running for a while.. it is when the temperature is so cold outside that the car automatically idles itself up until the engine reaches operating temperature and goes into a closed loop.

No, just the exhaust will but it’s a new car. You’ll be okay and if you ever anything done to the exhaust put it back make it stock again💯 but keep the mufflers and resonator that way you don’t have to buy them again.

No! It’s Not possible without a tune. We Mopar guys have discussed this for years and years for v6 owners since before most were born.There’s zero hp gain or power gain whatsoever. That’s a myth. Without a tune or mechanic work there’s no gains.
You do not have an x pipe. I saw no crossover. That would have improved the tone.

Quit calling it an X pipe.. it's not an X pipe. X pipes or H pipes connect the two banks together and then exit out. It's to scavenge exhaust pulses

That’s dealer specific and if you ever have issues and they link it to the exhaust it’s a possibility. You just never know. It’s 50/50
