Year 2 Day 99 - 16 June 2024 getting there

i made a point of taking it easy. this isnt easy but managed it. i knew after the other day i would need to slow down so i did. doing things like the supermarket was hard but got through it. the staff were over worked and generally irritated by customers. talking down at me and ferdi. i know it wasnt personal but when youre not well it feels personal. i didnt say anything there wasnt any point. ive complained to the manager before and its done nothing so accept that the staff have poor customer service training and get on with it. at the time i could have cried but walked out of there, breathed, did my cognitive training and recovered.
im bigger than this and all the tricks and training got me through it.
