I can't believe I've never been here. I've lived about 1 mi from this place for most of my life, and gone past it on almost a daily basis. And we go out to eat once or twice a month and are always looking for a new spot to try but somehow we just never went here. Really should fix that. On a tangential note, does anybody in the area know what's back there past the gate these days? Back in the old days there was a boat launch But it looks like it got closed off and privatized like everything else is around here.
Abear's is a hidden gem! So many that live here drive past it all the time and have no idea that it's even there.
The BREAD PUDDING IS AMAZING there.
