    코로나 후유증으로 불면증이 생겼어요 ^^;;
    잠을 잘 자는 스타일이었는데요 ㅠ
    하얗게 밤을 새우는 와중에
    지아님 채널보면서 요리공부 하니
    오늘 밤은 그리 길지 않게 느껴지네요
    뜨끈한 국물이 생각나는 이른 아침입니다!

      Adding a little bit of broth will give umami to this dish, and dried kelp will make it, in a very easy way!

      Do not use too much of dry kelp and it’s important to not overcook It’ll make a nice broth in 10minutes or to make a kelp stock, just pour hot water to it let it cool😊

    Thank you very much for this recipe, Jia. This is one of my comfort food! Can i add ginger and chili to the pouch if I want it spicy? Or not, it might change the original/expected flavor of the soup?

    • @JiaChoiChef
      @JiaChoiChef  2 роки тому

      I haven't try with ginger but I think if you don't overpower the soup with it it sounds delicious. Spicy should be good. Be creative!

    Hi, your recipe looks delicious! My local korean restaurant make the best galbi tang, however inside the soup they have jujube, clear noodles and egg, no radish.
    I wonder if I can replace the radish with jujube for this recipe?

    • @JiaChoiChef
      @JiaChoiChef  2 роки тому +1

      If course you can. I recommend to add only a few, because jujube tends to make the food sweet.😉

    Hello, greetings from Puerto Rico! I have doubts about this delicious recipe. The question is, if it is a soup based on beef broth, why do they throw away the water if it is supposed to be a concentrated broth? I would lose the pure flavor😅

    • @JiaChoiChef
      @JiaChoiChef  9 місяців тому

      Good point! Blanching the beef for a short time before making a broth is Korean traditional cooking method. This process is to creates a clear beef broth. : )

    Do you add any salt to the soup besides just the kelp?

    • @JiaChoiChef
      @JiaChoiChef  Рік тому

      Yes, you'll need to season it with some salt and light(soup) soy sauce : )

    can u say an alternative of kelp

    • @JiaChoiChef
      @JiaChoiChef  2 роки тому

      You may add a little bit(1 to 2 teaspoon) of fish sauce. But fish sauce has to be used as a hidden taste. I mean it needs to be used just to enhance the flavor of the soup.

  • @2jcward
    @2jcward 2 місяці тому

    No fish sauce?

    • @JiaChoiChef
      @JiaChoiChef  Місяць тому

      No! You may adjust the salty level by adding more or less of light soy sauce and salt. : )
