Something tells me the coils will fry fast on continious use with that big gap of the stator and that makeshift rotor, even with those permanent magnets with, the elektric magnetic field passes way better in iron than in air.

This motor has two poles, so, it's most probably shaded pole, I can't see the shaded pole?

But so the motor can only have 3000r/m: 50Hz = 50r/s x 60 sec/min = 3000r/min - the 6000 must be wrong, or who can explain?

Your speed reading is off! Speed should be exactly 3000 RPM (assuming you are in Europe, given the plug, and 50Hz power). Otherwise, it should be 3600RPM for 60Hz power. Because the iron has been removed from the rotor, the power consumption will also be higher (maybe enough to cause overheating). With any load at all, it probably won't start.

How come the first motor you show is an induction motor but the links say it is synchronous? I thought induction cannot be synchronous?

at first the shape-pole-motor run at lower then 3000r/min.
after the motor is a syncron-motor, so the speed must have 3000r/min at 50Hz, 3600 at 60Hz.
but if you need power, this motor is not your solution.

hi - by 50Hz the r/min must be max 3000, at 50Hz aproxy 3600. the 6000r/min must be wron, with 1 N-S-pole you can only turn one per Hz. with more pol its slows down, but less than one not work, so the maximum MUST 3000r/min. if the 6000 are real, please explain.
