    Wow! The banded iron from Kelly turned out great! The other stuff turned out great too! You are so funny! And that piece of labradorite came out awesome! That blue flash was beautiful! So cool! Thanks for sharing Ric!

    I never really appreciated banded iron until your channel. It’s beautiful when polished. Everything came out great. I have an idea for the polished core samples, message you later. Great video Ric. Thanks for sharing. Sending the love from snowless warm southern Ontario. Going rock hunting on Wednesday, it’s supposed to be 13. Yahoo!!

    I love banded Iron it’s available to find where I live and it’s pretty cool looking and magnets stick to them. Great job ❤

    That banded iron is miss labeled
    It is actually jaspalite or iron jasper
    It was created back when the earth was being formed and the atmosphere was building and collapsing back and forth till it became sustaining

      Jaspilite is another name for BIF, or banded iron formation, layered jasper-hematite/magnetite. Ontario BIF is 2.7 billion years old.
