Famed chef teaches me how to make pizza in his cool new spot, hidden in the 50th St subway station

Executive Chef Ed Carew and his business partner, Adrien Gallo, are the creative geniuses (take one bite of their pizza and you'll know what I mean) behind SEE NO EVIL, the new pizzeria located in the 50th Street subway station in midtown New York. Its cool, downtown vibe is a welcome new hotspot in Times Square. And the pizza.....

I've had to-date in a city where there's a pizzeria on just about every corner.
Ed Carew (Gramercy Tavern, Craftbar, Spasso, Rosemary's, Ace Hotel) takes us behind the scenes, pre-service (à la "The Bear") and teaches Erin and me how to make the "Hell Pie," one of the most ordered pizzas on the menu.
Then we got to eat the pizza. And drink the wine. It was a great day.
If you're in the city, stop by SEE NO EVIL pizza and try it out for yourself. (My favorites are the Funghi pizza, the Hell pie (paired with a chilled red), polpo, and vanilla soft serve).

@@itskateeaston You not did SEO on your videos. Have to optimize titels, description and tags etc. And thumbnail. SEO not just for search. If you do SEO, It will help you to reach more peoples your videos. Because, if you do SEO, yt algorithm can know clearly about your videos topic and can analyze targeted audience. And if you get reach people will click these peoples videos which thumbnails is attractive. Your thumbnails is not attractive and not high quality. We charge total 2.5 doller
