Hey Vlad, my 6 year old grand daughter asked me how 'old' I was today, I said '12 years old'...without missing a beat, she just said 'I love you Grandpa'. That made my day!! She had no clue.
Happy Birthday!!!!! Easy -off work quickly and takes off usually only what you need. Brake fluid can actually soften and eat plastic. There may be a way that it works. But for me Easy-off is a known entity and works just perfect. Especially in older rare-ish plastic.
I admire your tenacity with the brake fluid Jeff but we both know you will return to the good old "Easy Off" Lol. Good deal on the Chapperal body and a very happy B-day partner.
Hey Hick, the break fluid does remove the after market paint but also removes the Aurora accents as well...that unto its self, kinda sucks ass!! So, yes indeed I will be going back to the Easy Off. And thank you so much for the well wishes!! See ya Hick!!
I didn’t like the brake fluid before and now I really don’t like it… I have found that sharpie magic markers (get a big pack with many many colors) work well for tjet bodies for redoing the headlights, etc. So I recommended that for returning the red.
@@christopherbusch1933 My attitude is: brake fluid will get old paint off, right? Yet it does remove the Aurora accents as well...So, going back to the Easy Off witch makes sense. Thanks for your input!! See ya, Christopher.
What going on Jeff how are you doing i hope all good Hay a 1y ago video the one were you got blue paint of old tjet just make,s me think All them tjets i got rid of all because I didn't know you had seen your video but now i do LOL Hay have a great day see ya on the next video.
Hey Craig, just getting rid of the paint from the old T-Jets can easily increase their value 10 fold. When I search for them on eBay, often the cheapest ones are the ones guys painted 60 years ago. Knowing I can get the old paint off, I snag um up!! Take care Craig, always great to hear from you.

Thank you Brad, been having a blast with my grand daughter with the slot cars today!!
Hey Brad, thank you for the kind words. Part 2 I will reveal why I won't ever use brake fluid again!!
This would be something I would do. Actually I did it to a McLauren. Paint was much better. It was originally red. I think it needs to be red again.
I hear you Shift, I'd do the same thing.
