I have this, and heads up- check the roller periodically… hair wraps up in the ends, and gets hot, and melts slot areas where the roller fits and sits
So jazzed. I don’t remember if I consulted your videos and site again when I was picking out my new vacuum finally because I had already narrowed it down. But on July or October PrimeDay-I noticed a this newer product and mostly consulted the Bissell site for the key differences and was sold on the MultiClean. excited to see this new generation of vacuum coming out from Bissell taking over for the CleanViews that have been out for several years. And lastly, I have been loving my pick with the only exception being my model is a swivel and I feel like the weight sways to one side and gives a kink in your back when vacuuming

I've already seen designs to address this large gate but low suction by simply have no gates at all but have the front sloping, so that it slides over large debris.
It's not pure vacuum that moves dirt or anything else, it's air flow... So the wide gates in the front are probably a really a good idea.

Would you be able to add a new test to at least pet advertised vacuums? Test to see how close to the wall the vacuum can accurately pick up dog hair or any other thing?

Can you recommend an attachment I can use from either Bissell or Kenmore or Hoover that I can attach to the long wand to vacuum under beds? They all vary in diameter so hard to find something that will fit, is a detangler and actually does a great job! Just bought this 2 mths ago.
Is this better thank bissell surface sense? I have a small apartment with hardfloor and a few carpet and rugs. Planning on using it also with upholstery, mattress, and underneath the bed.

Hey I have a Dyson v11 and it works great, but we just purchased a house and everytime we use it in a room it picks up a lot of old carpet cleaner, causing it clog and we have to clean the filter after every room. Any vaccum that could be better for this

What about the carpet deep clean test?
There is a small plastic piece inside the brush assembly that is slid over some vents. What is that for and should i remove it to vacuum or leave it there? It looks like a domed building and it slides into a "clip" to the right of the hose inlet near the brush.

I wish I saw this before I bought my dyson animal vacuum. It lasted 3 years and broke. Which if it was a cheaper vacuum I wouldn't mind. I just bought the Bissell after seeing this video.
came looking for info on the bissell tested above as I just discovered the brush motor no longer works just 3 days after owning it for 3 years. Sucks great though! disappointed because the vac is in great condition otherwise. Hope they've improved the longevity since then!

I have a "Shark Pet" vacuum- it is the light purple bodied vacuum. I have the new highly rated Bissell I posted about above and I would definitely pick the Bissell above our Shark. 🙌 Bissell really is winning.
But to argue against Pravda’s comment: the Shark vacuum is 150 Canadian (sorry I have to use that currency since I live there). And the Bissell is 402 CAD. Compare that to a Duoclean you can buy for 400 bucks and the bissel doesn’t compare.

This vacuum is terrible on hard floors. It’s hilarious cause it has LEDs that let you see very well how bad it is on hard floors like it’s not picking up the dust 💀

The award for being the best Bissel isn't that great. There're many better options. You could get a lift away Navigator, for less. For about the same price or a bit more, you could get a Rotator.

Bissell's best? Not hardly! The new Bissell Big Green Commercial BGU1500T and BGU1800T would definitely blow that out of the water, plus they're made in Italy.

Meanwhile I own a Bissell Powerforce 71y7, which is equivalent to the Bissell Big Green BGU1451T and I have no problems with it on hard floors at all whatsoever.
