I'm noticing City Girl is collaborating a lot more with Tiffi with each album and adding a lot more vocals for songs, not that I'm complaining of course, Tiffi and City Girl are an absolute dream team. Also love the seamless mixing of more melancholy lo-fi moments with the more aggressive and lively synth through the songs. Some pretty top-tier stuff

I know I just finished listening to this but I must admit that this album really is the showstopper. The quality of City Girl's production on these two albums is monumentally outstanding. But wow...this album in particular is truly incredible. City Girl, it's been a long time since I've felt genuine euphoria. But you have provided it in spades all over this record. I think you have achieved a perfect balance with your artistry. On one hand you can be very minimal, subdued and beautifully subtle. But on this you've melded that side of your style into this vast, spacious, and even experimental vision that blossoms to create these perfectly sequenced intergalactic grooves that are so delicately bathed in such a lush vibrant atmosphere. These songs are gentle but they are simultaneously complex and electrifying. I also very much appreciate the meticulous detail you provide with all the instrumental layering. It all swells into this mesmerizing eclipse of peak excellence in the genre of beat-making. Much Love
I listened to this album while taking a long heated bath in a hotel room that overlooked a night lit marina and a broad expanse of bay water, a bright moon glistening off the waves, and I have never felt more at peace or one with the energies of life and existence. Absolutely breath taking.

that´s true - during the recent years i´ve revisited the old musical heroes from my younger days to show some of them to my daughter who is 16 now - i must say, i was shocked about the amount of grumpy old guys (of my age and older), who are so full of scourn and hate towards the young generation of today, it´s horrible, and i had many moments, when i felt deeply ashamed of my generation - then i come here and find so many gentle, tender and caring people and i enjoy it so much - sometimes i feel like embracing you all... and i am amazed by the talent, the skill and the overflowing creativity of citiy girl - i´ve been following her since several cds and it´s thrilling to watch her evolve and still being friendly and dreamy... best wishes to you and love fróm germany

So strange how time flows, elegant and honest, moments pass through us like sand and we go from one huge moment to another whilst we are barely aware of it. I remember when this album came out, and I carry strong memories with it. I hear the first melodies of this track and instantly its three years prior and I'm on my bed, with my cat, playing hollow knight and the room is neither too warm nor too cold and it carries the scent of honey suckle from outside and that scent wafts in. In that moment I am at peace. I truly do love this album.

I love how this album continues that deep, hyper space, cosmic synthwave energy that city girl explored in Chroma velocity while experimenting with more somber and melancholy inducing tones and chords from all her other albums, and Tiffi sounds better than ever! This feels and sounds like the continuation of the story set in Chroma velocity. Honestly this album made me feel like I was walking around in the world of Hyper Light Drifter, if anybody knows what that is.

This is a little belated, but: This album was so surprising in such a good way! I was expecting gorgeously chill music, but I was not at all expecting mysterious, nocturnal, magical girl dance floor witch City Girl (+ Tiffi) at all. Your sound has gotten so lush! The vocals and production on every single song on this album are absolute fire together. The way this and Siren beautifully contrast each other is wonderful and lights up the part of my brain that makes music (and therefore life) worthwhile. This is a little belated, but:
This album was so surprising in such a good way! I was expecting gorgeously chill music, but I was not at all expecting mysterious, nocturnal, magical girl dance floor witch City Girl (+ Tiffi) at all. Your sound has gotten so lush! The vocals and production on every single song on this album are absolute fire together. The way this and Siren beautifully contrast each other is wonderful and lights up the part of my brain that makes music (and therefore life) worthwhile. Beautiful album/s. ♥ I've enjoyed hearing you evolve as an artist so much.
