- Hoy presentamos una casa con un concepto de organización diferente, donde la casa abraza la piscina como lo haría un claustro y vincula todos los ambientes con el agua. Por tal motivo, decidimos utilizar colores neutros con detalles vivos en el interior que generen ambientes frescos y vibrantes.

Side view with pool is very nice. Like the way that kitchen sits in the center of the living area. Very pleasant bedrooms and lots of light where you need it. take a rounded shower tub with sliding doors in order not to touch the washtable; very nice and intelligent use of space. Even if there was no pool still like it.

Beautiful. Main tweak:
The entrance and living room positions need to be swapped. Those big beautiful walls of windows would stay to the left and move to the top, looking out onto the outside gathering area.
Entrance would be on the bottom opening *into* the living room. (Moving an extra 1x3.5 meter outside area to *the inside*.)
I love it! Some lots are difficult and the pool needs to fit.

A good basic plan, but as others have noted, a pool is better located behind a house, and most codes require fencing for it.

Oh my I have finally found the one.
I do love the pool in the center, at that size it would be great for children/teens playing or for aquafit. I might be tormented not to be able to actually swim in it, but I think it's great. The house is light and spacious, I like it. I like the spacious bedrooms and the kitchen layout but do not like the brick. I suppose they are ceramic or porcelain but personally I don't like the look.

For insurance purposes, you'd have to have a 6 foot fence around the pool, and another fence with an alarm if kids are involved. I hope a service is provided to clean all that white, and wash all those windows.

This is my dream home.i would change where the front where the pool is to be in the back of the house other than that I wish I could afford that home.i don't like the shower to small.

The pool in the front is a No for me.
Easy fix. Plant a row of cypress or a 5-variety mix of other appropriate screening plants. Mix it up, so if there's a new bug or blight in town, it doesn't wipe out your entire screen.
Me too, most insurance companies require a fence for protection in case a neighbor’s child walks over & sues if the child drowns
The swimming pool should be placed in the backyard and not in the front of the house and should be fenced in.
The design ethic of this home calls for the pool to be exactly as is. The entertainment flow from the kitchen and dining room to covered patio and pool. It's perfect the way it is

I agree. Being off the master bedroom means early morning swims. But, by law, pools must be fenced.

That’s not a swimming pool. It looks more like a wading pool. If I’m going to spend money on a pool it needs to be big enough to swim in….and I agree. The pool needs to be in back yard.

It is nice but not my taste. I would have an island, not a table. I love clean looking but this is too sterile for me. Love windows but so many tall narrow windows are a waste. Narrow halls are a big no after I saw a wider more open version, what a game changer. No on a pool in MO.
