    Great video, thanks! True comparison of focal length without reframing the shot. Keen to see more of that Kase lens and the other full reviews you’re working on! Is the Kase lens a 17mm thread? Really liking the Ulanzi case and hoping to get a small selection of lenses.

    Hi. Did I heard correctly? 135mm tele lens? From Moment? Can't find it on the website. Only 58mm.
    I have a 65mm from another brand and it's nice, but 135mm .. wow.... it's heavy?

    • @mariomachado1020
      @mariomachado1020 4 роки тому

      Already found it: Kase Master Telephoto.
      Where did you bought it? Can't you post a link? Thank you.
      I have the 2x telephoto (guess around 60mm) from Apexel. It's very nice, but to get more bookeh I have to get the phone closer to the subject. This 135mm seems to get a much more buttery bookeh effect.

      But the way, nice work. Keep going.

      Cheers dude, yeah you got the correct lens it’s a hard one to find I got mine from eBay but you can also get it from alibarba aswell, yes it’s a monster of a lens and you can get some really nice bokeh aswell 👌🏼 will be puting a full review out on this lens next week 👍🏼

      One more thing, this one doesn't allow to attach ND filters on it doesn't it?
      The reason I choose the 65mm from Apexel instead of Ulanzi, for example, was because of the ability of attaching ND filters.
      This Kase 135mm doesn't seem to have the screw option on the lens itself.
      I will have to improvise an attachment.
      Smartphones have fixed apertures and with exposures of 1/48th and even in low ISO, on outside, if we can't use an ND to putsome stops and prevent the light to come in the sensor, the shots will be blown away. So, if this lens had an ND filter attachment on them would make them perfect.
      Also recommended Ulanzi to add this to their telephoto lens. They said they will add to their next version of it.

      @rickyeverett  4 роки тому +1

      Yeah that’s right no filter attachment on that lens you could make a filter attachment for it but I’d rather lenses just came with that option in the first place , and your right if you crank up the shutter speed to compensated or the amount of light with a phone the image becomes very grainy so you really do need that nd filter mount 👍🏼

    Their flat profile is not a flat profile. it is just gray mask on top of standard video. I got money back for this reason. Using filmic now.

      Ino but I still prefer the image from the moment app it looks more natural using moments app filmic pro is a great app but can look to sharp in my opinion, I do use filmic pro tho as the app has basically everything you would need to create some awesome footage 👍🏼

      @@rickyeverett, yeah I've noticed that as well. In some challenging situations Filmic pro produces softer image. Btw, thank you for uploading this kind of videos. Very helpful. 👍

      Bakhtiyar H. Malikov it’s swings and roundabouts sometime filmic performs better and other times moment does 🤔 no worries thought it would be handy for people to actually see how the different focal lengths look 👍🏼
