Forget what’s there and look at the room dimensions and the lovely setting. I would buy it for the garden room alone, everything else is cosmetic .

This is a spacious property, didn't expect that, would be fantastic with a bit of updating.

It's an attractive house, and the pavers are softened by border plantings. It has the benefits of an older style, with an entrance hall. The lounge and handsome garden room would be great for entertaining. The kitchen/diner is spacious, and if the cabinet style doesn't appeal to some, they could be refaced at a reasonable cost. The utility room at the rear of the garage could be easily finished off, and there's plenty of room there for a full-sized refrigerator. A morning's work mowing and trimming would restore the rear garden to its potential beauty.

Wouldn't take too much to really put your own space on this property. The size of the rooms look excellent.

Nice bungalow, lots saying needs updating, I don't think a bit of MDF and clading would improve it much, looks fine, bit of paint, cut the lawn bit of hedging, job done,

With some updating and decorating, it would be a nice starter home or home for a retired couple/person.

    I really like this property.
It has excellent curb appeal, although I would want to take out most of the interlocking brick at the front and replace it with some non-grass ground cover.
Yes, the decor throughout is extremely dated, but all the fittings and mechanics appear to be functional so the awful kitchen cabinetry and bedroom built ins could easily be painted out for the time being.
The bathroom decor is also very old fashioned but being in a neutral colour palette I'm sure a bit of specialty paint could get rid of those border tiles pending any further renovation.
It would be nice to find wood floors under the horrrible carpeting as that broadloom would have to go immediately, but at worst, some modestly priced laminate or floor tiles could be laid for now.
The floor plan and room sizes are excellent and allow for a good deal of flexibility regarding functions, and even though the backyard is very small, I'm not big on gardening or even spending much time outdoors so that is no drawback for me personally.
Overall, a particularly enjoyable tour, and I must commend your new habit of opening a lot of the closet and cupboard doors rather than just describing what is behind them, as it is always helpful to get a visual of storage space.
    Well done Gary.
