@@nubiansista4life You can briefly see the larger one's boy bits at half-speed at about 1:40, 1:48, and 2:40 and later; the female's girl bits appear VERY briefly at 1:05. Im in love. How precious is this. These two tough guys..lol. gosh that wee one attacking and kicking up dirt. Oh my i will have to watch this again. Thanks for sharing it.
I love elephants! My favorite animal (along with dogs). People who poach these amazing animals should be shot on site! There's nothing wrong with hunting game for food. This actually helps the eco system. When deer, turkey, etc. are left completely alone they'll over populate and suffer from starvation and disrupt plant life, which effects other animals and plant life itself. Elephants droppings do many thing for the ecosystem. However, there is NO need AT ALL to kill elephants! These creatures along with many animals in Africa must be protected! Hippos are also decreasing drastically. If they die out it will disrupt the entire eco system in Africa. Fish, insects and plants thrive off hippos skin (hippos spend up to 18 hrs a day in water and fish eat the dead skin. Their deoppings go downstream and provide nutrients for all sorts of life) and excrement. Many people don't understand how the killing off of one species can effect everything. Stop poaching!
You are exactly right -- although it's been many years, I'm still affected by the senseless killing of the lion Cecil in that horrible canned hunting -- and he didn't just kill Cecil -- a collared lion under study -- but he had baby cubs -- I mean, little little cubbies -- thankfully, his brother was able to take over the pride, if not, another male lion would have taken over the pride and killed all of his cubs -- but damn, two years later, they got him, too -- Cecil's grand-children(?) -- 3rd generations -- are alive and hopefully won't be killed. In nature, only 30 % of all lion cubbies live to adulthood, and of those, many don't survive -- there are less than 30,000 lions in the wild of Africa today -- 5/25/2020 -- down from 400,000 in the early 1970's. If things don't drastically change -- ie, the interference of man -- there will be no wild lions in Africa by 2035 -- They lured Cecil out of the sanctuary by dragging a dead elephant's "carcus" behind a jeep to distribute the scent -- now, what size do you think that elephant had to be to drag it behind a jeep -- little, right? -- and where did it come from? I don't get it -- I can't wrap my mind around the rush you get for having a "guide" herd up these animals (including the elephants) -- often illegally -- shine spotlights into their eyes such that they are rendered immobile -- then you shoot them with a high-powered rifle, where they pat you on the back and you get back in the jeep and go to your luxury hotel -- for what -- so you can have your picture taken? Or hang their head on your wall -- bastards all ! -- my only comfort is this -- and you may think I'm crazy -- but in 2005 my house caught on fire and the room I was in exploded -- I had fatal internal injuries -- I'm the only person on record that they can find who has survived -- they still don't know medically why, but I do. I had one of those near death experiences -- and this I know -- "life" doesn't end when the body dies -- while there is peace in Christ, irrespective of whether you believe, it doesn't matter -- God loves us in a manner which is incomprehensible, including the absolute worst of us -- that said -- doesn't mean you get to go around shooting up his creatures put on this earth to live with man -- or each other -- without consequence; gives a whole new meaning to the little kids' taunt when you're caught by your mamma being naughty of "see ya; wouldn't wanna be ya" -- "karma is a bitch" doesn't begin to cover it -- and you are absolutely right about the wild animal dung -- especially the elephant and antelope -- it's full of all kinds of things which enrich other animals -- it's not "smelly" like we think; it's mostly digested grasses -- like horse poop -- it's a natural dopamine enrichment for the lions -- it's why the cubs play with it and the adults roll around in it -- then as it disintegrates, it enriches the earth -- circle of life -- and -- study after study after study have confirmed: elephants mourn their dead, and pay hommage for years afterward -- there's not enough money in the world to stop these horrible practices -- but love sent to them matters, as crazy as that sounds -- and it's not "all" you can do -- it's "everything" you can do -- go in peace, friend --Patricia

I was allowed to hand-feed an elephant in Thailand once (a working elephant, huge, for carrying heavy items) - there were 3 of them, very well cared for and obviously loved by their handlers.... I will never forget how delicately she took nuts and fruit pieces from my hand. She touched my face when I talked to her and her eyes seemed so wise.
