    I was not happy with my results from ryonet's "plasticharge" (which I believe is from cci) either.
    Not bright and barely discharged. Wb discharge had great results.
    Thanks for a great video!!!

    Great video!! As a rookie in this business and when I mean rookie, I mean less than three months... I don't own a drier, I cure all the t-shirts with my heat press and so far everything has come out great and my customers like the product!! What is your opinion on curing with heat press?? and I'm saving for the drier!!!

      in my opinion that is the best way to do it... i mean your putting a lot of pressure on you garment and ink that it works it self into the fibers and you get the perfect soft hand feel... is bad on production though or sure i say is too slow for production!

    My question is why would you go to all that trouble when you got plastisol and plastisol is much more true to color

      so if you're looking for a softer hand feel that plastisol can not offer discharge is a better way get those results

    What’s the purpose of this form of ink?

    • @LibertyGraphicDesigns
      @LibertyGraphicDesigns  6 років тому

      Basically the ink or dye in the shirt is replaced (bleached out) with the new dye in you ink there for softer hand fell, basically you just feel the shirt and not the ink

    So what exsactly is discharged ink? And what's it for?

      Unlike plastistol ink that sits atop of the shirt fabric, discharge ink replaces the shirt dye with the color of the ink and gives it a very soft hand feel. You do not have to under base discharge inks compared to straight plastisol ink printing.
