- Manu Chao is joined by Carlton "Santa" Davis, legendary Jamaican drummer known for his work with Bob Marley & The Wailers, Gambeat, a renowned French bass guitarist and DJ who played with Manu Chao for 25 years, along with extraordinary musicians from nine countries in this Song Around The World version of "Tantas Tierras."
This song introspectively speaks about the challenges we face in our world. With the uncertainty of our days, where the happenings of tomorrow are unknown, there is an urgency to come together as one human race to create a better planet and a better future for all living beings.

I love these beautiful international collaborations (beautiful in spirit and performance). It makes me think there is hope for humanity, despite the brutality and inhumanity in some places, like Ukraine. We need more of the spirit of Playing for Change spread around everywhere. And, the mixing of these performances is unbelievably excellent. Thank you for doing what you can to spread positivity and goodwill.
