I've been waiting for about 5 months for this to arrive and it's almost here!
That's to Chris and Amber for making a remarkable product. Hope you and the LSG team have a wonderful holiday season.

Thank you, Chris! I've had the Adjustable for 2 weeks now and it took me all of that time to figure out temp differentials that you just showed in 13 minutes. LOL. I bought this pit on faith (there were no videos on it) because Chris believed so strongly in it. It turned out to be everything he said, and I was hoping it would be. This is one incredibly versatile cooker.

You couldn't ask for a better end result on that beef tenderloin! Excellent cook Chris! Very impressive grill and glad to see you using FOGO charcoal! That's all I use to cook on when using charcoal. I may use briquettes to get wood started for my offset, but that's only so I don't waste the FOGO 😉👍🍻

Like you I get a lot of samples sent to me to try out and the FOGO sat around for a while because I had another brand that I preferred. Finally gave it a try now all I use is the FOGO

Great job Chris. Videos with meat coming out looking that good remind me of why I have two LSG cookers. Did 6 butts on the cabinet last weekend and an firing up the Santa Maria as we speak.

That is a nice unit and a great cook.
I'm really enjoying my 2016 LSG 30" offset vertical and it's even better with the new fire control basket, 1/2" thick fire grate and ash pan.
