Before anyone moans. Theres about 300 winners, most of which probably you could say classes as a takeaway. But this one was the only specifically labelled a takeaway winner. Well it was Regional winner and then an overall winner. If you're thinking to yourself something like "i know plenty of takeaways better than this" it might have been in a different category.
Danny is right, don't judge a takeaway by what it looks like from the outside. Sometimes the owners spend more time on the food, rather than looking after the building. A good example is "spicy food plus" at 83 Wilton road, Victoria, London. Broken old sign outside looks tatty. Fella bakes his own Naan with his own oven and makes fresh lamb madras every day. Seriously the best takeaway curry in London.
Definitely eat here rate my takeaway fan's. Great service from takeaway establishment. Get there fan's. Huge mega likes and subscribes. Allan. Scotland. Mysterious camera man dazzling danny and heaven sent production team. 😂
Strips and chips sounds like a dodgy casino! :) Sometimes I like a plce like that, when they get it right it just means they've got the right margins and they're not ploughing money into making a place look posh, the food speaks for itself and they're not looking for rewards. I could also meant it naff AF but the place looks spotless and the guy at the till looks proud and personable. Always a good sign.
From personal experience and From the episodes you have done, food places run by women are usually way above the typical blokes fast food shops. The place you had the falafels was one of those.
I work in wine. Not a bad gig. The last several years I have noticed that my favorite wines are made by women winemakers. I think they are more focused and detailed than men. Proof is in the wine. So yes. I agree. 👍👍

Blue Atlantic Fish and chips , Great Doddington , just outside Wellingborough. Im a northerner but I lived down the road from there for 10 years until recently as good as northern fish and chips and I was brought up with my gran having a chippie , you need to check it out
This strikes me similar to wine awards, if you go down any booze aisle in the supermarket almost all of them have won an 'award'. If you sign up to enough and pay your money you can 'win' an award.

If you are down around Luton then I would highly recommend Best Kebab in Flitwick. It’s only down the road from Luton and a much nicer place. Also if you are around that area of the world then you need to go to Say Doughnuts in Bedford!! Enjoy big fella 👍
YK Chow in Middlesbrough has had the same small menu since it opened in the 90's and i know people who have moved out of the area who drive up here every few month just to go to YK Chow. My favourite is special curry woth fried rice and prawn crackers. At dinner time i get double sausage chips peas and gravy and its the best food ive had from any chippy never mind a Chinese chipy. ❤❤❤
This guy used to work for the original “Krispy lemon” that’s been open for over 20 years and till this day they don’t do deliveries or online order just shows how good and busy it is. He took all the ideas and opened on the other side of luton and called it lemon crispy but tbh you can beat the original.
The "Krispy Lemon" ur on about, don't do deliveries or online coz they're either doing tax evasion or the shop is a front for money laundering. Furthermore ppl always hype it up but everytime I went there the food was pretty bad. And they scam u, once I got chicken goujons and chips and he just took the meat of a chicken piece and put it on chips and charged me double wat 2 piece chicken and chips cost. Then I found this shop which was way better. I think the hype for the old shop comes from the confusion.
