Brene made some great points about how to communicate with our partners especially the fact of coming back to a topic of disagreement in the near future when both parties had time to cool off instead of arguing in the heat of things. Great clip Tim.

I showed the 80/20 rule to my wife after I saw it in the full interview, and we’re going to start using it. Glad to see that you made it a mini-clip.

engineered AF that is so great when you have a spouse willing to work with you on the marriage. Love and health to both of you!

This was great advice. It is so refreshing to see people actually trying to work on their marriage in whatever way possible instead of intentionally creating hurdles in order to sabotage the relationship and play the blame game. Wish I had gotten this advice earlier. Never know what could save a marriage

The themes in here are awesome. Something that I see left out in most of these talks includes how does one navigate a partner who stays in denial, does not want to do all the wonderful things Tim and Brene’ are speaking of doing with their partners. So many of these talks seem useful only for the people who are devoted to looking at the scripts, programming, sensitivities AND have a desire to grow, learn and adopt a healthier life... both mentally and physically.. They seem useful for hard working people who are willing to engage and show up for themselves and each other in consistent and healthy ways... so, what do those of us who are desiring these types of partnerships do when they seem unattainable? Do we chronically leave partners who are not in the same space we are and who do not even want to attempt going to spaces like Tim and Brene’ are speaking of? I am so sad when I hear these interviews and imagine how healing and bonding it would be to have a partner who spoke to me the way Tim and Brene’ speak of experiencing... I have never had a relationship with someone who, when I bring these types of things up, or ask if they would watch this or listen to a podcast for example, would do it, and then wish to discuss it, come up with a plan together and see positive results... essentially they all seem so shut down that I either stay in the relationship and try to grin and bear it, or always leave... please give your wisdom on this... thanks!

Been doing the 3 questions since I heard them in a podcast last year. They have been VERY good for relationship communication and makes you and your partner become incredibly close :)

And now that I have seen that you made some few minutes videos from the long video, I'm so thankful !!! I'm so glad to have listened back to you. Glad that you have a girlfriend and it's priceless to hear this discussion you had with Brene Brown ! What you two shared are AWESOME tools for great relationships. It's refreshing and exciting to see the possibilities :). I'm back ! Thanks 💚 💜 💙

I feel like many of tims videos are filled with great content but it is hard to understand for outsiders (esoteric). What he could be doing a betyer job at would be to say more things like "for those of you who dont know"... Joe Rogan does this and dums it down which is great.
