i looked on reddit for success stories about manifesting weight loss and they’d all say like “yeah i started to love working out and dieting” like ???? 3d work? NO THANKS just assume that nothing u do in the 3d affects u bc it really doesn’t… i eat whatever tf i want whenever tf i want and STILL getting slimmer every day because i said so !!!! like don’t make it more complicated than it needs to be if i’m losing weight sitting around doing literally nothing but affirming & persisting then you can too

I believe you can manifest literally anything and a thing I sometimes say is I will make the impossible possible. which what where taught is impossible from movies,anime and games etc I think it's very possible from my own experience plus subliminals theres literally a sub for anything weather it seems impossible or not its down to if you believe you can or not or another thing i sometimes say is: I can and I will.
I usually end the sayings with out of spite or just to prove it lol.

The same thing happened to me, and I affirmed specifically for her to make a video on this
YOU guys manifested it into your reality. Period. Once I started being observant, I started to realize I was manifesting all along and I had the power within me to manifest anything. After I began meditating on the small things that I got from manifesting, everything started working because I started to observe that I actually can manifest. My headache went away, I can eat foods that I couldn’t before. You guys have the power. I would observe the things you’ve manifested already and tell yourself that you can do it!!
I grew from 5’5 to 5’9 after 21

And when I was 16 every day I did my eight minute ab workout and I would walk down the street and eat a half pound hamburger at this place called Butch’s and I would eat ice cream and chocolate and whatever else I wanted that day at at my grandmas house whatever she made for dinner I never gained weight and I never lost my abs I just did my eight minute abs and I would eat a half pound hamburger and ice cream every single day and dinner and whatever else because I believe(d) all you have to do is your crunches and you’ll have a flat stomach with abs and I didn’t have any limiting beliefs like calorie deficit and all that BS
Thankfully when I was 16 there weren’t any fitness influencers or any of that limiting BS all over our phones I didn’t even have a phone I just asked my grandma if she knew any workouts because I wanted abs and she had a workout tape called 8 minute abs and I did the tape every day and still do and I ate half pound hamburgers and ice cream and nothing ever happened to me and I still have the prettiest angel stomach with abs to this day and today I eat whole boxes of velveeta macaroni and cheese I drink and iced mocha every day and nothing happens to me I also got this limitless mindset from my grandpa He always says who cares about sugar or calories your body needs it it doesn’t matter
I congratulate you. Indeed exercise is neccessary. However, some cant do it the way you did it. We are all different. As you get older, you will no longer be able to eat hamburger/ice cream without consequences.

I am not expecting, i am/i have. This is not THE BODY that is changing. Our body is new at every second. There is no past nor future. The"new"body is already existing, you just shift the entire version, entire reality. The"old"body stays in the"old"reality. The moment you say:"i look exactly the way i want to look", you have shifted realities, even if there are no supporting evidences(yet)in the physical reality

My body was okay and beautiful but I wanted it to be slimmer, I started manifesting, and then one month later I just gained weight, like wtf? hahaha please tell me what this means. Although I keep persisting and affirming because I truly want this and now even more. But y’all I really need to know why is this happening?
I think there's something called the "purging" stage in manifestion where things could get worse before getting better just because once you start thinking in a new way ur old thoughts are still left there and at some point will manifest itself out. But like purging once it's out it'll get better afterwards

How do you detach and let go?? like literally i get demotivated everytime i accidentally look in the mirror. 😭 I avoide mirrors a lot but still I have to do my makeup, so I can see myself and gets demotivated when the results are't visible
Basically you have to realize it’s gonna show in the physical 3d if YOU decide that, so it wouldn’t really make sense to rely on the 3d to show proof if YOURE in control. So if I’m seeing something in the physical 3d I’m affirming against I literally just keep affirming anyways.
Can self concept be enough for appearance change or do I have to affirm for the specific desire itself

Hi i am not Gaia but i think that it depends on somoene's beliefs so if somebody is christian for example they are gonna think that its God giving them their desires. We all have different opinions and beliefs so not everybody agrees with us
I've been manifesting for a while now. And most of my dreams did come true, mostly I didn't have any problems when visualising. But this month I am having a problem of feeling myself in my visualisations, I can see myself or see from the 1 person but in the middle of it I can think of other person and immediately see the other person as me and feel scared that my manifestation is theirs now.
Like I am manifesting for them. I am scared that in the end they will be getting my manifestation but not me. How can I get rid of this feeling?
Try saying to yourself that you are the creator of your reality and that you control everything. Just decide that you are the one getting the results instantly and believe.
