Easy Jazz Blues Shuffle Count Basie Changes in F with Chords & Scales; Backing Track, Play along

Today I've brought you a wackier kind of blues progression - a jazz blues progression like Count Basie often used. The changes may seem quite complicated to some of you who haven't come into contact with jazz before, but surprise: this progression can also be played using the F blues scale throughout.
Of course, you are completely free to try out other scales over the changes if you are more advanced in jazz-blues harmony. Have fun jamming!
