- She may not have lifted the World Cup last year, but her words after the final (and everything she’s given the game before and since) have lifted a nation, so join Scaz, Mo & Elma to say ‘toodle-pip’ & ‘cheerio’ to the woman of the moment; Sarah Hunter. She made it down from her ‘Leaving Do’ in Newcastle (AKA England Vs Scotland) to have a chin wag with two of her oldest pals. They re-live all the big, bad, and brilliant moments, from the first cap to the last dance of a captain who’s led the Red Roses for so many years. Mo struggles to find the words to describe Sunter, or much else for that matter, for the entire 80 minutes and Hannah Botterman’s attempt to not be the centre of attention is given a whole lot of air time. The girls also celebrate Wales’ record crowd at Cardiff Arms Park and look ahead to another round of fixtures. Quite frankly, you should be ‘itching at the bits’ to get your ears around this one.

Probably the best episode yet. Such chemistry between you all. Thanks for bringing us this episode and keeping the light shining bright for Women’s and Girl’s rugby. So glad it is starting to get the visibility and support it has, and continues to be, deserving of.
I like rugby but tbh it’s not even my favourite sport, fab as it is, yet Sarah Hunter is my fave England captain. It’s true she ‘magnetically’ draws you in with good feeling as Elma said. You 3 utter lemons in the studio today, on & off pitch, exemplify (in onomatopoeia!) how easy it is to fall merrily into the Red Roses & Prem 15s universe. Sport is even better when you feel you connect with the people representing the country you’ve grown (sometimes painfully) to love. I’m not English but I moved here from Africa a loooong time ago & kinda came to embrace England & UK culture through women’s sport. Now I just want to see Sarah Bern hoist a World Cup trophy!

As a boy from the North East and a rugby tragic i am so proud of this lady. A towering presence across the game. Yet so humble. Many professional athletes should take note. This is how you leave a legacy that will endure.
I could watch this on a loop all day.....what a legend ...
As a former womens rugby coach in the late 80`s and in to the 90`s... this lady has been a fantastic ambassador for the sport as well as great player, humble to the end. Enjoy your retirement, and i look forward to seeing you as a pundit or as a coach.

Wow what an episode, that was awesome ladies. Have not laughed so much for ages. It was so great to hear from Sarah about parts of her rugby journey and to have her share her memories in this episode. Elma, Scaz and Mo , thanks so much for a very entertaining episode.
