Good question! I do use Spotify for the commute but my boxing gym has its own playlist since is more classes than independent training. I'm not restrictive when it comes to the screen time. I should've clarified, is more so for not going on social media, not going on my email or calendar and stressing about work right when I wake up.
Love this video!! QQ, you said you wanted to make a plan to get your brokers license. I'm confused.. I live in WA and every real estate agent is a broker. Is it different in FL? Are you not a broker?
Great question!!! In Florida everyone has to start as a “Sales Associate” after 2 years minimum they can upgrade their license to “Broker”. It’s a completely different exam and licensing process. This license allows people to start their own brokerages for example.
My state exam is on the 10th of October for my FLRE license I’m so EXCITED !!

Where do you keep track 5 business expenses like office supplies, signs, marketing etc. Do you put everything on the same spreadsheet?
