    Just for a tip I find it a lot easier to use activated charcoal for black food dye 🙂

      Just be careful using activated charcoal because it can have negative interactions for people on medication.

    So even if I leave it covered in the fridge it’ll get darker right?

    Black cocoa is added not for flavor but for color, have you used black cocoa before?

      Doesn’t it become bitter?

    • @BehindTheCake
      @BehindTheCake  2 роки тому

      @@mariachapa7489 it is not bitter because it doesn't require a lot of black food coloring.

    • @BehindTheCake
      @BehindTheCake  2 роки тому

      @@100Britneyspears100 no, because it is dutch processed. The more processed the cocoa the less chocolate flavor. Hope that helps.

    When you let it rest overnight, are u gonna put it in the fridge?

    • @BehindTheCake
      @BehindTheCake  3 роки тому +3

      You can put it in the fridge overnight, let it come to room temp and whip it again before using. If you are going to use it the next day, you can leave it on the counter if wheater is not that hot.
