Blessed by a lovely day - a full walk round from Dalit Bay Golf Course at the front, the Resort gardens and beaches, my Ocean View Room, and a gorgeous Sunset in the evening. Great place...

Just curious: Did I hear correctly in that the noise/music from that wedding disturbed you while in your room at night?
Yah, can hear the music from the wedding going on in hotel gardens. Is actually quite nice - kinda feel part of the celebrations, and it wast that late either, around 9pm or so. Is fine - otherwise fairly quiet listening to the ocean waves and birds singing...
Hello again, we are considering the Shangri La as well as the St Regis in Langkawi. Which is better for an older couple wanting to hang out at the beach and pool all day and visit the local retaurants at night? Both look amazing BTW.
hi. this shangri la is on borneo, not langkawi. there isn't a shangri la at langkawi... this place at borneo is very nice. for langkawi - four seasons is the best...
