Thank you! Sending this to all of my guests.
Awesome!!
I'll say one of the main reasons I use Turo is that I can avoid standing in line 30 people deep at the rental car check-in, and usually, dropping off is just as easy.
Great advice! Another one I've seen is: Guests should make sure they return the vehicle to the same location.
I've had quite a few guests drop off the vehicle at their nearby hotel or ask if they "have to" drop it off at the pickup location because they might miss their flight😅
Haha. Good one. I've had them ask that before too!
Thanks for a great video. 1. Tell the guests to drive my cars with courtesy. Too often, guests speed, drive hard, brake hard, accelerate too fast, and generally abuse hosts cars. Then, when asked to do otherwise, they sometimes get an attitude. Turo is explicit that cars rented must be used legally and for legal purposes. Speeding is illegal.
That’s a good one! Do you have a Bouncie tracker installed?
@@CarSharingJho Yes, I do, in each of the cars in my small fleet.
This is great info but how do I avoid the airport fee?
Some hosts delivery the car outside the airport boundaries to avoid that fee. You would still have to pay for a rideshare service though. The airport fee is what the airport charges Turo so not every airport has it.
@CarSharingJho thank you for the information I'll look into asking the host if they can meet nearby as it was $56 for airport fee.
What kind of insurance do I need to be able to rent?
Turo provides protection plans!
