First time i saw them i was disappointed...at myself , for being too much wasted and unable to remember it as i should have. Luckily i saw them again a few years later and i remember every second of it! 🔥
I fucking love that they still play my favorite metal song of all time, but damn I miss the old days when Rammstein was on a budget and instead of buying a custom built fire backpack Till would just fucking light himself on fire 😂
Love how the lights at the start of the song mimick those seen on an aeroplane at night - a tribute to the Ramstein airshow disaster which contributed towards the name of the band. Brilliant.
This song always reminds me of my time in school. I am german and when I was in 7th grade we were told in music class to hold lecture about our favorite band. Everyone chose some regular pop bands but I decided to talk about Rammstein. My teacher had some pretty serious prejudices and sad "You can't do this because they are named after the horrible incident that occured in Ramstein. Yes I knew that but I decided to talk about them anyway. And guess what, I recieved an A+ 😉
Un-freakin-believable. How could I have gone on so long without ever caring about them? I’ve been watching a lot of their live performances. No one, NO ONE is better than Rammstein at live performances. I don’t like metal, but this is something more. This is real musical talent. No question. I just realized all this this past month. Makes me sad I’ve gone without them my whole life. But, lucky me, I get to listen to all their albums for the first time! I’m in love! Long live RAMMSTEIN! Till is an awesome guy too. Watched some docs on them.
nahh they did plenty and alot of their new songs are bangers, peep the setlist for the shows they just did, the one i saw it was like 5 off their newest CD, 5 of the 2019 4 or 5 off Mutter 3 off herzleid 2 off i forget the name it's that long one, then Mein Teil of course for the crazy performance they do lol it was a fucking incredible show and set list, basically hit nearly every major/great song they have and even some less well known ones/ones i was not familiar with like Puppe which was cool they showed like a demented doll on the big screen and it has black shit/flies blowing out of it's mouth and then HUUUUUUGE amounts of black shit started blowing out of the stage and towers around the stadium it was sickkkkkkkkkk
They need to keep this song at their upcoming tours and this songlist too. But add the original Engel, Wollt Ihr Das Bett in Flammen Sehen and Ich Tu Dir Weh.

How cool is it to be able to say that the first song that you ever wrote together as a band is still a massive hit live some 29 years later. Must be weird, but also cool.
Oddly, this is probably my favorite rammstein tune (followed closely by amerika and buck dich). On one hand, it feels lame to have an eponymous tune be your favorite from a band…on the other hand, it grooves *so hard* and that double kick is just massive.

Till is get older and Engel wings is too heavy, Rammstein fire peacock is subtitute for Engel Wings, but I think burning man is more cooler
