Oh lord, every man in my family has had a pulmonary embolism between 48 and 60 years old. My uncle's pulmonary was 90% blocked! I'm 43 right now, so I know its coming. I'm already on one baby aspirin a day. But oh good lord... the thought of that clot flying through my heart and into my lungs. Its scary and his description was refreshing yet horrifying.
