Probably the only genuinely good ship I've seen in MHA, bakudeku is interesting but they had a toxic start and Bakugo shows no respect
Todoroki doesn't actually express dismissal with Deku to my knowledge so it feels the most healthy
Plus I just don't like Ochako so I'm a lil biased with the whole ship between her and Deku 😅😅😅

For me (cos I ship Chloenette) if you manage to do the bullies redemption arc and have them slowly become friends first then it makes sense, but with alot of BkDk videos they don't show the journey so yeah. With Todoroki they actually have a really good friendship which is a good start for romantic relationships.
As for Uraraka, I don't ship her w Deku, since for me they're better as friends.

But I can see why you'd pick Todoroki as the better pairing, they always had more chemistry than BkDk ever really had

I haven't watched all the series yet so I don't know much about Urarakas character growth, but it feels like in the beginning she was just the main characters love interest.
I sort of agree with the Chloe bit. I'm refusing to watch any of the latest seasons, because I'm mad at how the writers just threw away all her redemption arc. I feel like if she'd been allowed to complete that she wouldn't be a wasted character
