What a difference a few years make. When she first sang this song live about 5 years before this her range and vocal acrobatics was INSANE!! Surely singing at such an incredible level would take it's toll. Also she was suffering from a disease that affected her throat so she sounds vastly different from when she first came out. Not her best performance but still she did the best she could and it sounded ok considering all her circumstances. Wish she could hold on to her powerful voice but like us she is human and age also takes it toll. She is still incredible regardless, for the music she has blessed the world with. ❤❤❤❤👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

No even an American singer can sing like this in live performance, I"m American and I've been to many many concerts and nothing compares to Leona Lewis. She don't need loud music in the back ground to hide her voice like most artist.
This is clearly such an emotional song for her and tears are near the surface. I think that this is why it's not such a vocally strong performance as her others. Singing through her emotions is an incredibly brave thing for a well known singer to do and I respect her more for it.
Ever been to a live performance and noticed that the sound is a little different as you go get a drink or move around, or go to the bathroom? To the public, the difference between a super singer and an awful sound is the sound production. This is somebody's camcorder. Its gonna sound crappy. That's why recording studios don't use camcorders to make music videos. Don't blame Leona for a crappy sound recording. If you were there, you would probably be cheering for how great she sounded.
