I can completely tell, some articles say shes lyric soprano but she is mezzo that is why she is more powerful in her slightly lower register, but mezzo's sometimes struggle with super low notes, my voice teacher told me i was a mezzo. I can hear her strongest parts. Her stronger parts are lower and right after the break area.

Leona's voice is not comfortable low, she was struggling on the G3s here, which for a mezzo, even if not supported, should be accessed a lot more easily. Leona has too much comfort in the upper fourth and mid fifth octaves (or at least she did before she regressed). She'd also have more weight to her voice if she was a mezzo.

first of all Leona's career never ended! Probably true that she is not as commercial as she used to be but Leona kept singing with numerous international artist like Boccelli Avasi etc etc. She is singing all over the world. I dont see why she has to change style and create crap music just to be more famous and make more money. Being too famous is not a good thing and can be challenging to an artist well being.

The explosive belts she hit on fire under my feet, it is easy to sing a song progressively but to hit them out of the blue like that, that requires an extremely rare and powerful voice.
