This is a great video…most of it’s in real time which allows everyone to see the actual progress and struggles that are “really” going to happen and the sound to hear how you all talking thru the procedure. I think you all are salt of the earth people with good common sense thinking and utilize sound reasoning. It’s not about being perfect, it’s about navigating a pre-plan thru the twist of actual application with changes. Thank you all for posting this - you all are great people doing great things!!!
