I live in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. We have the perfect city to have a zip line. They could start on Mount Washington near the incline, and go down over the river right into the city.
Actually this look pretty safe since they have you basically double strapped. My main concern would be getting stuck and then stop midway. As long as I am moving I would be OK.
As an engineer who spent a large amount of my professional life investigating industrial accidents, I would never get on a contraption such as this. y punto!
